Terms of Service

Master services agreement terms governing client partnerships, deliverables, and service levels.

1. Statement of Work & Engagement Sprints

All custom web architectures, ERPs, CRMs, and brand systems created by Warp Labs are executed pursuant to a bilateral Statement of Work (SOW) specifying milestone deliverables, sprint schedules, and acceptance criteria.

2. Intellectual Property Transfer

Upon full receipt of invoice compensation for an approved milestone, all right, title, and interest in custom code, designs, and bespoke software developed for the client are irrevocably assigned to the client.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Reliability

We warranty that deployed applications meet contracted performance metrics (including sub-second page performance benchmarks and 99.8% uptime SLAs for managed edge deployments).

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Agreements are construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware or as mutually designated in the individual master agreement.
